Where we ship
Orders are dispatched from China. Available domestic and international destinations, shipping services, and rates are shown at checkout. We cannot ship to an address or destination that checkout does not support or that is restricted by applicable law.
Dispatch timing
Paid orders placed before 1 PM PST on a business day are normally packed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on Chinese public holidays are normally processed on the next business day. This is a dispatch target rather than a guaranteed delivery time; unusual order volume, payment review, weather, or carrier disruption may cause delays.
Delivery times and charges
Estimated transit times and shipping charges are displayed at checkout. Transit begins after the carrier accepts the parcel and may vary by service, destination, and local conditions. Any free-shipping offer is shown at checkout when your order qualifies.
Tracking and address details
We email tracking information when your parcel has been dispatched. Please check your delivery address before submitting an order. Contact us as soon as possible if it needs correcting; changes may be impossible after dispatch and additional delivery charges may apply.
International orders
International customers are responsible for checking whether an item may lawfully be imported and used in the destination country. Customs processing can delay delivery. Import duties, taxes, clearance charges, and other destination-country fees are the customer’s responsibility unless checkout expressly states otherwise.
Lost, damaged, or stolen parcels
If a parcel is delayed, lost, damaged, or marked delivered but cannot be located, contact mirinlabs@gmail.com with your order number and tracking details. We will review the case and work with the carrier as appropriate. If the optional $20 Insurance product was included and your package is seized by customs, we will send a replacement for free; see our Refunds & Returns Policy.
